For The Love Of Cats
Curled in a ball, a soft, fuzzy sight
sleeping in rhythm to a patch of sunlight.
Silently padding through any terrain
disappearing and re-appearing like sweet summer rain.
Peacefully practicing Cat Meditation
quietly observing all of Creation.
Creature of the night, frolicking in darkened halls
always in the wee hours of the morning adventure calls.
Mystical, magical, enormously delightful
always inquisitive, aware and insightful.
My friend, my companion, my furry confidante
Your purring feline ways have captured my heart.
